Jefferson County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (72,164), followed by Fayette County (21,051), and Christian County (7,497).

On the other hand, Robertson County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (0), followed by Wolfe County (8), and Owsley County (8).
