Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (295,293), followed by Allegheny County (74,335), and Delaware County (51,678).

On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (11), followed by Potter County (41), and Elk County (59).
