Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (294,009), followed by Allegheny County (74,025), and Delaware County (50,718).

On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (8), followed by Potter County (40), and Elk County (55).
