Philadelphia County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (295,956), followed by Allegheny County (74,834), and Delaware County (52,529).

On the other hand, Cameron County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (14), followed by Potter County (40), and Elk County (64).
