Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, among all Florida counties, Gadsden County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (54.94%), followed by Madison County (37.24%), and Jefferson County (32.86%).
