Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all Florida counties, Gadsden County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (55.19%), followed by Madison County (38.49%), and Jefferson County (35.51%).
