Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, among all Florida counties, Gadsden County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (55.64%), followed by Madison County (38.52%), and Jefferson County (34.8%).
