Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all Florida counties, Gadsden County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (55.19%), followed by Madison County (37.05%), and Jefferson County (33.49%).
