Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, among all Florida counties, Gadsden County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (55.39%), followed by Madison County (37.46%), and Jefferson County (34.03%).
