Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, among all Florida counties, Gadsden County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (55.46%), followed by Madison County (38.92%), and Jefferson County (35.45%).
