Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the North Carolina Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 3,276,292; and represented 61.43% of the total North Carolina female population in 2020.

Wake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (333,950), followed by Mecklenburg County (254,721), and Guilford County (134,222).

On the other hand, Tyrrell County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (922), followed by Hyde County (1,381), and Washington County (2,590).
