Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the North Carolina Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 3,299,602; and represented 61.14% of the total North Carolina female population in 2021.

Wake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (338,684), followed by Mecklenburg County (255,262), and Guilford County (133,649).

On the other hand, Tyrrell County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (924), followed by Hyde County (1,372), and Washington County (2,610).
