Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the North Carolina Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 3,344,027; and represented 60.37% of the total North Carolina female population in 2023.

Wake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (343,441), followed by Mecklenburg County (259,389), and Guilford County (132,685).

On the other hand, Tyrrell County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (888), followed by Hyde County (1,345), and Washington County (2,582).
