Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the North Carolina Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 3,245,645; and represented 64.26% of the total North Carolina female population in 2013.

Wake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (304,881), followed by Mecklenburg County (249,401), and Guilford County (139,383).

On the other hand, Tyrrell County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,053), followed by Hyde County (1,625), and Washington County (2,996).
