Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the North Carolina Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,175,419; and represented 62.01% of the total North Carolina male population in 2020.

Wake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (327,427), followed by Mecklenburg County (247,597), and Guilford County (124,616).

On the other hand, Tyrrell County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (902), followed by Hyde County (1,443), and Washington County (2,323).
