Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the North Carolina Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 3,341,523; and represented 62.62% of the total North Carolina female population in 2018.

Wake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (332,691), followed by Mecklenburg County (260,176), and Guilford County (138,796).

On the other hand, Tyrrell County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (961), followed by Hyde County (1,505), and Washington County (2,781).
