Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the North Carolina Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,103,091; and represented 64.70% of the total North Carolina male population in 2013.

Wake County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (293,563), followed by Mecklenburg County (237,384), and Guilford County (128,331).

On the other hand, Tyrrell County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,126), followed by Hyde County (1,812), and Washington County (2,711).
