Shelby County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (221,198), followed by Davidson County (83,189), and Hamilton County (30,757).

On the other hand, Pickett County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (11), followed by Hancock County (23), and Van Buren County (28).
