Shelby County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (229,553), followed by Davidson County (83,949), and Hamilton County (31,439).

On the other hand, Pickett County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (3), followed by Union County (12), and Van Buren County (13).
