Shelby County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (223,333), followed by Davidson County (80,184), and Hamilton County (31,031).

On the other hand, Pickett County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (3), followed by Union County (8), and Van Buren County (10).
