Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (573,622), followed by St. Clair County (37,657), and Will County (37,182).

On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (4), followed by Scott County (7), and Jasper County (8).
