Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (690,138), followed by St. Clair County (44,114), and Will County (38,590).

On the other hand, Scott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (1), followed by Calhoun County (2), and Hardin County (3).
