Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (523,801), followed by Will County (41,482), and St. Clair County (35,207).

On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (14), followed by Edwards County (20), and Scott County (22).
