Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (546,354), followed by Will County (40,175), and St. Clair County (35,894).

On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (14), followed by Edwards County (15), and Henderson County (16).
