Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (560,882), followed by Will County (38,270), and St. Clair County (36,613).

On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (8), followed by Henderson County (11), and Scott County (12).
