Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, among all North Carolina counties, Orange County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Asian (7.73%), followed by Wake County (6.6%), and Mecklenburg County (5.76%).
