Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, among all North Carolina counties, Orange County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Asian (7.66%), followed by Wake County (6.35%), and Mecklenburg County (5.59%).
