Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all North Carolina counties, Orange County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Asian (7.06%), followed by Wake County (5.63%), and Mecklenburg County (4.86%).
