Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all North Carolina counties, Orange County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Asian (7.21%), followed by Wake County (5.83%), and Mecklenburg County (5.08%).
