According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2022, the net domestic migration for Michigan was -8,722. Ingham County had the highest net domestic migration (10,125) followed by Ottawa County (1,776), and Livingston County (1,054). On the other hand, Wayne County had the lowest net domestic migration (-19,901), followed by Oakland County (-7,353), and Kent County (-3,619).
