According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2013, the net domestic migration for Michigan was -28,223. Macomb County had the highest net domestic migration (3,897) followed by Oakland County (3,249), and Kent County (2,332). On the other hand, Wayne County had the lowest net domestic migration (-25,958), followed by Genesee County (-3,460), and Ingham County (-2,657).
