Oklahoma County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (63,249), followed by Tulsa County (35,362), and Comanche County (9,055).

On the other hand, Harper County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (2), followed by Cimarron County (7), and Alfalfa County (9).
