Oklahoma County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (62,926), followed by Tulsa County (35,234), and Comanche County (9,245).

On the other hand, Harper County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (4), followed by Cimarron County (7), and Dewey County (10).
