Oklahoma County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (57,768), followed by Tulsa County (33,953), and Comanche County (9,889).

On the other hand, Harper County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (1), followed by Alfalfa County (1), and Roger Mills County (4).
