Oklahoma County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (62,319), followed by Tulsa County (35,170), and Comanche County (9,496).

On the other hand, Harper County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (5), followed by Alfalfa County (5), and Roger Mills County (7).
