Oklahoma County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (59,662), followed by Tulsa County (33,985), and Comanche County (9,761).

On the other hand, Harper County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (3), followed by Alfalfa County (4), and Cimarron County (5).
