Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (684,195), followed by St. Clair County (43,468), and Will County (38,917).

On the other hand, Scott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (4), followed by Calhoun County (4), and Hardin County (6).
