Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (667,681), followed by St. Clair County (42,867), and Will County (39,829).

On the other hand, Scott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (5), followed by Jasper County (6), and Henderson County (8).
