Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (641,843), followed by Will County (42,686), and St. Clair County (41,677).

On the other hand, Hardin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone female population (7), followed by Jasper County (8), and Putnam County (11).
