According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2018, the number of deaths for Illinois was 110,595. Cook had the highest number of deaths (41,234), followed by DuPage (6,406), and Will (4,894). On the other hand, Calhoun had the lowest number of deaths (41), followed by Putnam (51), and Scott (52).
