Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the Asian Alone female population in Ohio was 169,859 and represented 2.84% of the total Ohio female population (5,973,286).

Among Ohio counties, Franklin County had the highest Asian Alone female population (40,119), followed by Cuyahoga County (22,721), and Summit County (12,471).
