Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, the Asian Alone female population in Ohio was 153,582 and represented 2.58% of the total Ohio female population (5,962,634).

Among Ohio counties, Franklin County had the highest Asian Alone female population (39,396), followed by Cuyahoga County (21,609), and Hamilton County (12,245).
