Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Asian Alone female population in Ohio was 137,594 and represented 2.32% of the total Ohio female population (5,937,561).

Among Ohio counties, Franklin County had the highest Asian Alone female population (34,452), followed by Cuyahoga County (21,001), and Hamilton County (11,171).
