Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, the Asian Alone female population in Ohio was 103,500 and represented 1.75% of the total Ohio female population (5,905,286).

Among Ohio counties, Franklin County had the highest Asian Alone female population (23,459), followed by Cuyahoga County (17,389), and Hamilton County (8,457).
