Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the Asian Alone female population in Ohio was 157,405 and represented 2.63% of the total Ohio female population (5,978,055).

Among Ohio counties, Franklin County had the highest Asian Alone female population (39,512), followed by Cuyahoga County (22,212), and Hamilton County (12,411).
