Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the Asian Alone female population in Iowa was 42,820 and represented 2.69% of the total Iowa female population (1,592,364).

Among Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest Asian Alone female population (12,593), followed by Johnson County (5,170), and Story County (3,281).
