Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Asian Alone female population in Iowa was 34,055 and represented 2.19% of the total Iowa female population (1,558,562).

Among Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest Asian Alone female population (9,470), followed by Johnson County (4,489), and Story County (3,041).
