Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Asian Alone female population in Iowa was 39,126 and represented 2.48% of the total Iowa female population (1,575,193).

Among Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest Asian Alone female population (11,216), followed by Johnson County (5,025), and Story County (3,408).
