Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the Asian Alone female population in Iowa was 40,621 and represented 2.57% of the total Iowa female population (1,579,862).

Among Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest Asian Alone female population (11,829), followed by Johnson County (5,178), and Story County (3,467).
