Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Asian Alone female population in Iowa was 41,261 and represented 2.61% of the total Iowa female population (1,582,600).

Among Iowa counties, Polk County had the highest Asian Alone female population (12,220), followed by Johnson County (5,213), and Story County (3,394).
